For as long as she can remember, Teana has been fascinated by marketing, fashion merchandising and design. Despite being a train ride away from the design capital of the world and facing pressure from family and friends, Teana made a huge leap of faith at a young age and left Long Island, New York to pursue her dreams in South Florida. Little did she know the interests and passions that had always been with her would be awakened again to create an entirely new path for her future.

From these passions,The InStyle Diva, Inc. was born in 2006. Teana’s first ambition was to become the next high profile personal stylist. She successfully styled and shopped for hundreds of clients between 2006-2009, but felt there was something missing. While she loved the industry, loved to shop and enjoyed transforming each and every client, she knew this career would not be her first choice long-term .In 2009, she went in an entirely different direction and launched My Little Diva Accessories, an upscale accessory line for girls ages 0-12. While launching, growing and marketing her accessories line, Teana became a de facto expert in social media and public relations. The excitement, the interaction and the thrill of these industries became second nature. Staying true to her reputation as a serial entrepreneur,Teana launched Get It Done Divas, a social media and public relations company dedicated to increasing the online presence of companies large and small using all the tools available in this digital marketing age.

Teana has come a long way since making that life-changing decision to leave New York. Sixteen years later, she is running a successful company, working with million dollar clients and creating the life she’s always wanted. She has transformed her mindset and embraced her inner serial entrepreneur, creating a brand that represents the many varied aspects of her life; and the journey continues. She recently joined forces with two other successful female entrepreneurs to start a web series called 3 Loud Women. 3 Loud Women is a lifestyle show that covers a plethora of topics and resonates with both men & women. 



Teana’s educational background includes a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in eCommerce, both while working in the retail and pre-paid/financial industries for several years. Throughout her career,Teana has worked with a number of diverse clients who trust and appreciate her services and unique approach to “getting things done”. She brings her tenacious work ethic and unflappable spirit to every undertaking. In addition to nurturing her businesses, she loves to get involved and give back to the community, especially other mom entrepreneurs. Teana is the President of the National Association of Women Business Owners and former Co-host of NBC’s Miami Moms. These platforms give her the opportunity to share her experiences and knowledge with the everyday woman juggling life, career and family.
